Re-launch of Via Francigena starts from Tuscany

The Minister of Tourism, Michela Vittoria Brambilla, and the Tourism Councillor of Tuscany, Paolo Cocchi, have presented the project for the Via Francigena, the pilgrimage route that went from Canterbury to Rome in the medieval period. The objective of the project is to redevelop the route in its entirety: the project is being promoted by Tuscany with a plan that will be extended to other regions involved in the route.
